Shipping damage claims and Returns

Shipping Damage Claims:

It’s essential to inspect your shipment upon arrival. Any damage claims must be filed directly with the shipping provider at the time of delivery. You must also notify F4 Foils within 24 hours and provide a valid claim number from the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, any damages not reported within this 24-hour window cannot be covered by F4 Foils.

Labeling Damaged Shipments:

If your shipment is damaged, clearly label the Air Waybill (AWB) as "DAMAGED" to avoid issues with insurance claims.

Product returns

Return Policy: If you wish to return a product, you must do so within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. Before returning, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once we receive the product in its original condition and packaging, we’ll process your refund.

Taxes and Import Duties: The customer is responsible for all taxes and import duties. These charges, including customs duties or local taxes, are not included in the purchase price. We advise customers to check their country’s import regulations to avoid unexpected fees or delays.
