Shipping damage claims and Returns

The customer bears the responsibility of thoroughly inspecting and initiating any shipping damage claims directly with the shipping provider upon the shipment’s arrival. Furthermore, it is essential to notify F4 Foils, Inc. within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, accompanied by a valid claim number obtained from the shipping provider. Any damages not reported to both the shipping company and F4 Foils within this 24-hour window will regrettably not be eligible for coverage by F4 Foils.

In cases of shipping damages, please ensure that you promptly contact us within 24 hours. Additionally, make certain to clearly label your Air Waybill (AWB) with the shipper as “DAMAGED” to avoid potential issues with shipping insurance claims.

Product returns

If you intend to initiate a product return, please do so within 7 days from the date of receiving your purchase. The item must remain unused and unassembled, and it should be in its original packaging. Before returning the item to its original shipping location, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once we receive the product back at our facility, still sealed in its original packaging and its inspected by our staff, we will process your refund.

Please note that all expenses associated with the return shipping are the responsibility of the customer


Taxes and Import Duties

The customer is responsible for all taxes and import duties associated with their purchase. When ordering goods or services from abroad, it is essential to be aware of and comply with the tax regulations and import laws of your country. These additional charges, which may include customs duties, tariffs, or local taxes, are typically not included in the initial purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
