F4 Wahoo TE Race Foil

The F4 Wahoo TE represents the highest level of racing performance in the F4 lineup. Designed specifically for wingfoil racing, the Wahoo TE combines advanced hydrodynamics, uncompromising construction, and race-focused tuning to deliver exceptional speed, stability, and efficiency across the course.

The new Wahoo TE Мonobloc series has been developed through extensive design work with our race team, refining every aspect of the foil’s geometry. The anhedral and dihedral curvatures have been completely re-engineered, along with the intricate foil profiles, to virtually eliminate drag and ventilation while maintaining the low-end efficiency required for modern race starts.

At the heart of the system is a monoblock construction with a co-cured ultra-high modulus carbon fuselage, delivering exceptional stiffness and direct power transfer from rider to foil. The fuselage itself has been shortened and refined, and is 30% thinner than the standard Wahoo fuselage, significantly reducing drag while maintaining structural integrity.

The Wahoo TE 424, 502, and 575 sizes come paired with speed-optimized rear wings and integrated yaw stabilizers, while the 540 comes with standard rear wing planform, providing precise control and stability when the speeds climb and every movement counts.

Designed to work seamlessly with the F4 race mast lineup, the Wahoo TE series is optimized for the 106, 107, and 108 tuttle race masts, while remaining fully compatible with all F4 GP masts.

The F4 Wahoo TE is officially registered with World Sailing, meeting the equipment requirements for international wingfoil racing competition.

Post-Use Care

Rinse Thoroughly: After each session, rinse your windfoil or wingfoil with fresh water to remove salt and debris, preventing damage to sensitive components.
Inspect all parts: Regularly inspect your foil for cracks, chips, or loose parts, especially on carbon elements, to maintain optimal performance.

Safe Storage & Protection

Keep your foil in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, to protect the materials from UV damage.
Keep in Covers: Covers should protect your foil from dust, scratches, and impacts during transport and storage.
Never Store your foil wet!

Maintenance for Performance

Lubricate Moving Parts: Apply lubricant to aluminum components and Tef-gel to fasteners to prevent corrosion and ensure smooth operation.
Handle with Care: Avoid over-tightening bolts when assembling or disassembling your foil to prevent stress on components, ensuring longevity and preventing potential damage.
