You take one look at the Cobia 870 and know it represents speed and means business. Our newest addition to the GP foil series is engineered to deliver the deepest upwind and downwind performance in any wind conditions. Just like the fish it's named after, the Cobia 870 is a capable and versatile foil, providing the most comfortable ride we've experienced, with a focus on course racing. Its wind range and glide are unmatched and seemingly physics-defying.

Why We Get Stoked
Some of us are no longer 18, or looking to do front and back loops all day, but that does not mean we need to go for a “putt -putt foiling session”. These marvels can pop, and glide like nothing else, they are at home in the waves, and their springy feel always puts a smile on our faces. They are the “if i have to have only one, what would it be?

Post-Use Care

Rinse Thoroughly: After each session, rinse your windfoil or wingfoil with fresh water to remove salt and debris, preventing damage to sensitive components.
Inspect all parts: Regularly inspect your foil for cracks, chips, or loose parts, especially on carbon elements, to maintain optimal performance.

Safe Storage & Protection

Store Properly: Keep your foil in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, to protect the materials from UV damage.
Keep in Covers: Covers should protect your foil from dust, scratches, and impacts during transport and storage.
Never Store your foil wet!

Maintenance for Performance

Lubricate Moving Parts: Apply lubricant to aluminum components and Tef-gel to fasteners to prevent corrosion and ensure smooth operation.
Handle with Care: Avoid over-tightening bolts when assembling or disassembling your foil to prevent stress on components, ensuring longevity and preventing potential damage.
