Sean Herbert had a strong week of racing at the WingFoil Racing World Cup in Gizzeria, Italy, finishing 2nd overall and achieving his best World Cup result to date.
Sean finished Day 1 1st Overall and stayed at the front of the fleet throughout the qualifying series, completing qualification in 1st Overall to enter Gold Fleet as the top-ranked rider.
With a direct place in the Grand Final secured, Sean raced for the win in a tactical final held in challenging light-wind conditions, finishing runner-up to Italy’s Alessandro Tomasi.

It was also a strong week for Team F4 in Gizzeria, with Kai Mirel, Emma Webb, Anaïs Mai Desjardins and Pearl Lattanzi all racing with F4 at the WingFoil Racing World Cup. Kai showed great progress throughout the event, while Emma finished 3rd in the U19 Women’s event.
