Welcome Mika Henning to the F4 Foils Team Welcome Mika Henning to the F4 Foils Team!

Mika Henning, born in 2011 in Germany, is the youngest member of the F4 Foils team. He started windsurfing at 5, inspired by his father, and quickly progressed at Grevelingenmeer/Brouwersdam.

In 2022, Mika competed in his first ROTS regatta at the Surf Festival, becoming the youngest participant at 10 years old and winning the U13 Wave World Champion title at the PWA Youth Wave World Cup in Klitmöller. Initially focused on Fin-Slalom, he transitioned to Foil Slalom due to wind challenges and achieved a 6th place finish in his first heat at the IFCA event at Lake Garda.

Mika is passionate about windsurfing, whether it's foil, slalom, or wave. He aims to be the fastest and reach the podium in PWA events. "Windsurfing is my passion, whether it's foil, slalom, or wave. One of my goals is always to be the fastest, to be on the podium, and later win the PWA," says Mika. With the support of his parents, Duotone, Ion, and F4 Foils, Mika is ready for upcoming races and future challenges.

Why Mika chose F4 Foils:

"I choose F4 because F4 Foils have high quality and are designed to be the fastest. With this, I aim to end up on the podium."

We're excited to have you with us, Mika!
